yummies to come

It is going to be a good mail week! Yesterday, with Bridget's help via the phone & internet, I finially decided on fabric to face the cuffs and collars of the Redingote. After months of trying to make what I had in the house work (none of it did) I decided to bit the bullet and order some fabric.

There were so many good options, it was hard to choose, but in the end we went for "Green Pistachio" (above). I'm excited - it will be lovely with the navy blue and pewter buttons. I'm thinking lots of peacock feathers in the hat...
