the plight of the poor costumer

Ugg! I have been thinking about maybe buying a few things from my to do list, like a shift, bum roll, pannier and Victorian corset. You know the little underwear things I can't seem to get to or don't really want to get to. It would take some of the pressure off CC deadlines and all that.

Having just looked at some trusted websites I remembered why I had to learn to make all this stuff in the first place - I can't afford to buy anything! Ack!

I didn't realize just how much money I was saving myself. Even with patterns and supplies included it's like hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars. Thing is I need both time and money. It would be nice to have one to spend on this hobby I love so.

I guess it's back to the old toiles. *sigh*
