a day of rest

I ran to Jo-Anns on the way home from church this morning and bought some rayon thread for the bottom of the elvish sleeves. I'm trying to decide if I want to finish the edges with a machined narrow hem or a hand-rolled hem. Rolled hems are *evil* in my opinion but I don't know how a well a machined narrow hem will do on the curved bottom. Either way the thread will show so I felt the need of something shiny. :>

I didn't end up sewing much today. I sewed up one side gore but being very lazy around the house was too tempting. Ahh, rest days are a good thing. :>
