laziness rearing it's ugly head once again

Umm... so circle skirts are not really in style right now. Actually skirts in general don't seem to be in style, there were only a few pages of them in each pattern book. I remember when there were tons more. It's all dresses, jackets and "sportswear". Interesting...

Mom does have an old 70s circle skirt pattern but it's way small for me. Do I want a circle skirt bad enough to size something up? *ponders* I just don't know.

Headache du jour is there but manageable so far. I'm tired of feeling like a limp rag and accomplishing nothing so I'm trying to function through it today. Blah.

(Forgot to add to my comment. Oops!)

Skirts do seem to be falling by the wayside, despite the fact that they were so popular in 2006-2007. I didn't even see as many skirts when I went to Kohl's recently. Some pencil and pencil-like skirts, and a few yoked & pleated skirts, but not much else. I'm just happy I finally got a basic skirt pattern to fit me! Otherwise I'd be totally out in the cold, because RTW pants + me = bad things.

Yeah, there aren't as many in Ross as in years past too. No long ones, which is want I want. Good thing I collect skirt patterns and can sew aye?

I am not a pants person at all. in fact I just ditched my last pair of jeans and have no intention of replacing them. They just aren't comfy anymore. Give me a dress or skirt any day!
