I'm so glad this was all you wanted it to be! It looks like a simply amazing evening. Your black is just gorgeous. Everything is lovely, the fit, the proportions, the trim (even minimal as it is) - I love it! The back is particularly awesome; again, I think it's just something about the proportions of it, the depth of the neckline, the width of the pleats, and the exquisite fit, that just make it extra special.

And those are EPIC feathers. I know what you mean about them being self-willed, though. They just want to point their own way!

I had no idea you sing! (Or did I know and just forgot?) I think that's awesome! I love singing, and I've wanted to learn some 18th century or Regency things, but the opportunity hasn't come up and I'm shy of making one. What did you sing? I hope someone videoed - I want to hear it!
