That movie looks good! I like that type of stripes too! It's hard to find good stripes! My question is: were stripes usually worn on everyday type dresses? Or did fancy dresses have them too? I'm *SOMETIME* going to make a colonial ballgown using the butterick pattern, but need to know if stripes were worn with that type of dress.
